ADA & ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION

The All IN Music & Arts Festival and the Indiana State Fairgrounds are committed to providing excellent service to all guests, and are pleased to welcome guests of all abilities to our festival venue. As the festival site is used for the State Fair as well as hundreds of other events a year, all areas of the festival are inherently ADA accessible through paved roads and sidewalks.

INTERPRETERS

Interpreters will be available upon request, and all requests must be submitted by 8/1/2023 at info@allinfestival.com

ACCESSIBLE SEATING

All stages and venues at the All IN Music & Arts Festival are ADA accessible and include viewing platforms, as well as elevators in the Indiana Farmers Coliseum. Viewing platforms will be reserved for guests with ADA status and companions.

ASSISTED LISTENING DEVICES (ALD)

Headsets and receivers for the ADA approved ALD system are available free of charge. A driver’s license or state issued ID is required to ensure return of equipment.

CONCESSION STANDS, DRINKING FOUNTAINS AND ATMS

All concession stands, drinking fountains and ATMs throughout the All IN Music & Arts Festival and the Indiana State Fairgrounds are ADA accessible.

DROP-OFF LOCATION

Patrons that need an ADA accessible entrance may utilize the drop off area directly in front of the main entrance.

ELEVATORS

Elevators are located in the lobby of the Coliseum, and access all public areas of the arena. No other stages have nor require elevators.

ELECTRICAL OUTLETS

Various accessible seating locations are equipped with electrical outlets. To arrange for one of these locations, please contact us at info@allinfestival.com.

EMERGENCY EVACUATION

All IN Music & Arts Festival staff have been trained in proper procedures for emergency preparedness. These staff members will assist patrons who need assistance to defined areas for evacuation, including within the Coliseum.

PARKING

ADA parking has been designated in close proximity to the main entrance, and guests should inform parking staff upon entry that they require ADA parking. 

RESTROOMS

The majority of restrooms at the All IN Music & Arts Festival are permanent facilities, all of which are ADA accessible. There are also family restrooms available in certain locations, including inside the Coliseum.

SERVICE ANIMALS

Trained service animals assisting guests with disabilities are permitted inside all areas of the All IN Music & Arts Festival. Service animals must remain on a leash or harness at all times and must rest in the seating area of the individual with a disability.. All other animals are prohibited.
